Information you email to us
If you contact us, your message may include your name, email address, company, budget range and project details. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss or deliver the requested work. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds or a marketing-cookie system. Fonts and design assets are served with the website. Your hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.
External services
Email links open an application or provider outside this website. Their own privacy terms apply to that use. Hosting services may maintain operational or security logs under their own policies.

Changes
This page should be updated when website features or information-handling practices change. If analytics, third-party forms, newsletters or advertising tools are added, the relevant details should be reflected here.
Blog administration and enquiries
The publishing studio uses a necessary session cookie to keep the owner signed in and protect forms. Contact submissions are stored on our hosting account and may be emailed to connect@vyphr.com so we can respond. Only the website owner can access the enquiry inbox. We do not sell this information. Contact connect@vyphr.com to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry.
Owner passwords are stored as hashes. Login and submission abuse protection stores short-lived hashed network identifiers. Blog images are processed to remove embedded metadata.
